In the lead up we need:

Poster and flyer distribution

On the day there are 4 time slots for volunteers:

Set up 9am-midday
involves setting up tables, registering teams and other admin etc

11.30am-2.30pm
manning admin, being a runner, selling raffle tix, overseeing inflatable pitch etc
bar staff (if you hold an RSA)

2.30am-5.30pm
manning admin, being a runner, selling raffle tix, overseeing inflatable pitch etc
bar staff (if you hold an RSA)

5.30pm-8.30pm
pack down
